As per policy, Diana Mining Equipments conducts a high precision quality control procedure to check every input material at various intervals. This procedure ensures that Diana Mining Equipments’s products are made with raw materials that are inspected and cleared for production. Final product validation:

• Annual layout inspection plan is made and followed
• Hardness checking done for 100% of critical components.
• Dock audit done for every product atleast once in a month.

Research and Development Laboratory:

Diana Mining Equipments has an state-of-the-art, Laboratory so that we can maintain our competitive advantage by always delivering our Cast Iron and S.G.Iron Products that meet or exceed our customers specifications. We have increased our efficiency and accuracy, eliminating the delay time associated with an outside laboratory, resulting in quick analysis before, during and after production. Laboratory is used for many aspects of the production cycle including in-coming inspection of in coming Addtives and Raw material. Further Laboratory is used for quality control of semi-finished and finished goods.

Our well equipped Research and Development Laboratory to undertake failure analysis of Products, Process and Product development work in Metallurgical areas, and to support our customers in the selection/application of specific materials.

Laboratory has been successful in process development for producing complicated Low Alloy Steel Track Shoe Castings for OEM customers in Earth Moving Equipment Manufacturers Industry.

Our RandD Team is constantly engaged in cost reduction to meet the pressure of the market.

We are constantly looking for the ways to advance the art of Manufacturing and keeping abreast with the latest technology to ensure that we deliver only the highest quality products. To assure the quality various types of testing equipments like Micrometers, Angle gauges, Vernier calipers, Height Gauge, Dial gauges etc. are used to test the quality of the products.
